This book is another one from the list in the curriculum of the course Organizational Methods, Theories and Practices, and it is basically an HR book to manage teams. It is a little story about a new CEO who needs to redefine the directions of a company from the strategical point of view starting with the organizational culture to the practices and next steps to be taken to put the company on track again. She starts with a retreat for the leadership and people realize they must work more together, others realize that that company is not for them anymore. The association with any company, organizations, groups or teams is inevitable and is intended to use the tools that can prevent and fix conflicts in groups to facilitate team work. We could again learn, analyze and practice the tools from the book in our group projects, and it was very interesting again to see how the problems in te grop in the book were almost the same we had in our grou and how those tools worked for out group as well. I recommend or people studying businesses, supervisors. HR heads, etc.
