31st Reading 2021 - Why Some Companies Emerge Stronger After a Crisis

This book is another title from the curriculum of my class in the course Crisis Management and Conflict Resolution and we also had to analyze the book and discuss with the group and write a paper about it so it was good to assimilate the concepts in the book and how they can be applied to reality. It is interesting because the book is from 2008 but the concepts also work for the crisis from today. The book presents a guide of things that you and your company can do to adapt after a crisis to emerge stronger and better. Many companies embrace crisis as an opportunity to grow and innovate. Companies that do not adapt in the crisis may fail and succumb, that is why it is important to be prepared when the crisis hit again.
