29th Reading 2021 - Team Building

This is another book from my course Organizations Theories and Methods at UCLA Extension and I had to read it to apply my final group project. The trick is that we had to use the group work theories in the book to our group work. It was very interesting to see how the techniques in the book can easily be applied to the reality. After reading the book and having meetings with the group and talking and spliting tasks and responsibilities I could clearly see some of the problems appear in our group that were represented in the book. I recommend the reading, it’s quick and easy and very practical, especilly if you work with HR or teams.
