36th Reading - Questions that work

This is another book from the readings list of the course Sales Management Strategies at UCLA Extension and it was funny because I mistakenly purchased two copies by mistake and I had to donate one to the University Cooperative Housing Association Library. Anyway, it was a good reading. This is more like a guide about what questions to ask in determined situations such as, a job interview, starting a new job, hiring someone, asking for a raise, giving feedback, etc. There is literally a list of sample questions ot use in these situations. It was a good reading because I learned that it is more important to listen and ask good questions instead of talking about yourself all the time. It helped i practice for job interviews and for group work. I am the type of person who likes to talk a lot about myself, but now I am learning that you look more interesting and funny when you demonstrate that to people, when you make people think they are funny and interesting you will look funny and interesting yourself and the way to do that is by asking good questions.
