This book was a reference from GMAT questions, so I had to read to practice for the test, which was good because it is a good book. It talks about communications from the center and from the corners, and how it is important to know how to adjust to each type of communications depending on the context. For example, some times it is better to communicate from the center with authority and directions when you are in a context that requires fast decisions that impact on many people, on the other hand, other times it is important to have communication from the corners, by listening and absorbing ideas from your team to work together and deliver results. I recommend this book for people interested in improving business communications and leadership because it shows how to use communications to be a good leader.
