This book is probably the sequel o the previous book I wrote here before The Four Disciplines of Execution bringing the Fifth Discipline which is basically knowledge management. Nothing matters if you are not registering everything that is developed and trained in the recordings to be taught and passed on to the next people who take over. It is very important to have knowledge management not to waste time reiventing the wheel or leaving good practices fade away when good people leave the company. So after going through the four disciplines of focus, metrics, recordings and accountability, it is important to manage the knowledge to keep everything on paper to be taught to the next people.
