34th Reading 2021 - The Four Disciplines of Execution

This book was referenced by a guest speaker in my class Leadership Communications Strategies and it is very interesting if you need guidance to set goals and plan to execute for results,  especially if you are starting from zero. It presents the four disciplines of executions that are Focus, Lead Measures, Keep Records and Accountability. These are the basic factors to start a business or establish a department or a specific function in a company. In this book he explains how to focus on your strengths and where you want to go and then picking the best metrics to guide your products to lead to the results you want to get. Furthermore, keeping records and using the data to analyst the behavior of the business and to have accountability for the commitments.
